Cooking Fireplace for Rotisserie and Grill

It is so thrilling to see the transformation of our new teaching kitchen which we are creating in our Grand Salon directly adjacent to our wonderful long dining table that comfortably seats 12 - 14 people with huge sliding glass picture windows.  We have been planning this for years and we can't wait to share the spectacular cuisine of Piemonte with the world in a world class yet intimate kitchen.  Below Beppe puts the finishing touches on the fireplace that will be used to roast local meats and grill local vegetables from the nearby hills.  The rest of the kitchen is being build by a wonderful local wood maker who made our dining table (and all of our doors in the Villa) and granite is being cut by our local stone mason.

Beppe puts the finishing touches on the top of the chimney for our cooking fireplace!
A long view of one side of the teaching kitchen with the cooking fireplace in the corner.
The cooking fireplace all cleaned up and waiting to be used!
